Car Parking Rules and Regulations

Each apartment has been assigned one designated car parking space within the grounds of Conigre Square. It is the owners/tenants responsibility to ensure that the correct space is used at all times. Parkforce have been employed by the management company to implement fixed penalty charges to those vehicles parked outside marked bays, or parked in the wrong bay.

Guests are not permitted to park in the grounds of the development unless you choose to surrender your own parking bay.

How does it work?

It is YOUR responsibility to police YOUR OWN bay. You are not permitted to police anybody else's bay, but you ARE permitted to police any of the grass banks or pavement area's in the car park, should any vehicle be parked on them. Please contact us. if you require any 'Fixed Penalty Notices' or some 'Warning Stickers'.

The warning stickers are to be used as the first course of action, as it may be likely that the offender is unaware of the parking restrictions on the site (although signs have been erected at strategic points around the car park). The fixed penalty notices should be used in the event that you wish to implement a fine to the offender.

Simply complete the details on the notice, attach to the vehicle, and submit the details to the management company (with photo's). It is now Parkforce who will pursue the offender and implement the parking fine.
