


Keyfobs are availabe through the management company at a cost of £50 per fob (+ postage). If you would like to order one, please contact us.
May we respectfully remind all owners and tenants that smoking inside the communal hall area's is strictly forbidden in accordance with the terms of the lease. If you are a smoker, you must smoke outside and please dispose of the butt safely and with consideration to other occupiers.
Each flat has one designated parking space. We have employed a company called Parkforce to enforce penalty tickets to anyone parking outside of marked bays. for more information on parking and where to obtain notices/penalty tickets, please click here.
The management company carry out regular inspections of the property and the communal area's. Any breaches of the lease such as cycles in the hallways, items left on the stairways etc will be dealt with promptly by removal of any items. If you would like to report any such breach, please contact us.
The Management Company have been liaising with the local police force who have agreed to carry out 'spot checks' of the development and surrounding area's. They will be looking for anti social behaviour issues and generally keeping an eye on Conigre Square. The refurbishment programme is ongoing. The main doors have been replaced, the door entry systems are being upgraded and all the communal/car park lighting is now working. The windows and roofline will be the next hot topic of conversation
