Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the legal obligations you have to your neighbours and also to ensure you are made aware of your rights, should your neighbour be in breach of the agreement.

The following is a brief outline of the terms of the lease under which you own or occupy your apartment in The Conigre and you are legally bound by them.

  • It is not permitted that the apartments be used to carry out any trade business or profession.
  • Only cars or motorcycles not exceeding 3 tonnes in weight are permitted to park in the marked bays.
  • No caravans, trailers, boats or similar chattel are permitted onto the site.
  • No vehicle maintenance is permitted on the site.
  • It is forbidden to abandon any vehcile or other rubbish on any part of the site.
  • No bicycle, pram, pushchair or similar can be deposited on the site.
  • No alcohol can be consumed on the premises other than within apartments.
  • No piano, radio, audio device or other instrument shall be played or used whereby that sound or noise can be heard outside the apartment.
  • No ball games are permitted on the grounds.
  • Dogs, cats, birds or other animals are not permitted without the consent of the management company.
  • It is not permitted to alter the colour or treatment of the exterior of the apartments.
  • Barbecues and other cooking equipment are not permitted in the grounds of the estate.
  • It is not permitted that washing be displayed on any part of the maintained grounds.
  • It is forbidden to use the apartments for illegal or immoral purposes and /or any act which shall be a nuisance or inconvenience to others. Such a nuisance will be dealt with by imposing fines to the fullest extent of the lease agreement.
