Whilst we appreciate the communal area's are subject to high volumes of traffic, we all must assume responsibility for ensuring they are treated with respect. Breaches of the lease such as bicycles, prams, pushchairs etc, being left in the hallways and/or transported up and down the stairs will not be tolerated and persistent offenders will be fined.
If we all 'do our bit' to look after these area's, the development will continue to take pride of place in Trowbridge, and the management company can ensure that the fees are kept to a minimum.

If you are an owner/landlord, and you currently let your apartment, could you please ensure that your tenants and letting agents (if you have one) are all aware of the terms of the lease, and their respective responsibilities to it.
